Use of Service

You may use Markup Cafe to upload images, proxy websites, and collaborate on visual annotations. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload or create on the platform. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and share your content as necessary to provide the service.

Intellectual Property

The Markup Cafe platform, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of Passion Cafe, Inc. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Passion Cafe, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
